Water: Utilize the forms on our water billing page to create a new account online. You may also contact our customer service team by calling 847-960-7400. For any questions regarding water quality or service problems, please contact our Water Division by calling Public Works at 847-960-7500.

Sewer: Sanitary services are provided by the Lake in the Hills Sanitary District, which is a separate governing entity from the Village. Please visit the Sanitary District website or contact them at 847-658-5122 to establish a service account.

Garbage and Recycling: The village has contracted with Flood Brothers Disposal (630-261-0578) to provide residential refuse, recycling, and yard waste collection. Please contact Flood Brothers to establish an account. Visit our Garbage and Recycling page to find information on frequently sought topics, such as when your garbage day is, how to dispose of yard waste, electronics recycling, etc.

Phone, Internet, and Cable

AT&T provides DSL service in some parts of the Village and is working to expand the service to the entire community. Because their system is continually expanding, AT&T encourages residents and businesses to visit their website periodically to check for availability in your area. AT&T also provides fractional T1 and T1 lines for high speed access.

Comcast provides high-speed internet access to all areas of the Village via broadband cable. For more information visit their website at www.comcast.com or contact them by phone at 1-800-COMCAST.

Comcast operates within the Village through a contractual agreement called a franchise agreement. This contract details operational expectations as well as customer service expectations the Village requires in order to operate within the Village.
