Report an Issue Online

In addition to the webform below, the following forms are also available to submit frequently sought topics and notices to the Village:

Police Department:

• Submit a Traffic Complaint
• File an online non-emergency Police Report
• Submit an anonymous crime tip (including noise, nuisances, etc.)

Public Works Department:

• Report a Park or Facilities Issue (such as damaged equipment, litter, pest, etc.)
• Report a Streets Issue (such as potholes, damaged mailbox, snow removal issue)
• Report a Garbage/Recycling Collection Issue

Community Development Department:

• Report a Code Violation (tall grass, weeds, waste bins, etc.)
