The McHenry County Workforce Network (MCWN) is tasked with providing employment opportunities and workforce training to the people and employers of McHenry County.  MCWN has a variety of successful programming including:

• New Hire Training: 75% of wages reimbursed while a new hire is in training
• Incumbent Worker Training: 50% of costs of training reimbursed for existing workers
