2024 SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 5, 2024

Are your children grades K-7 ready for a summer full of outdoor adventures? 

Our FuntastiCAMP program make memories and develop friendships that last a lifetime. From outdoor obstacle courses to water activities, to fitness challenges, we keep campers active, engaged, and excited about camp.  

Summer Preschool Camp for ages 3-6 years is designed to keep your child engaged in learning all summer long. Registration and information is available here.

Registration

  1.  Please click here to create an account or log in to your existing account on our CommunityPass site.
  2.  Once you have logged in, click the "Click here to Register" button.
  3.  From the menu that opens, find "2024 FuntastiCAMP" and click the "Continue" button to the right. Then, fill out the registration forms to register your child for an enriching learning experience!

Location & Hours

  • 2024 Summer Day Camp (Those entering grades K-7 in fall of 2024) 
    • May 28 - August 9* 
    • M-F, Drop-off anytime between 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • 5, 4, 3 and 2 Days Per Week Flexible Attendance Options
    • LITH Village Hall, 600 Harvest Gate 
  • Two Registration Options
    • Full Summer Enrollment with Payment Plan (Registration closes May 22): Secure your child's spot for the entire summer with our convenient payment plan option. Enjoy peace of mind knowing your child is enrolled for the duration of the program, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in all the fun activities planned.
    • Registration by the Week (Registration closes the Wednesday before the start of the week): Prefer a more flexible approach? Register your child on a weekly basis, choosing the weeks that best suit your summer schedule. But hurry— spots fill up fast, and registration may close earlier if all spots are filled.

Bi-Weekly Payments:

  • Weeks 1 & 2 due at registration

What to Bring

Summer Camp & No School Days (grades K-7th): 
Bring two snacks, a healthy lunch, reusable water bottle, outdoor play clothes, and sneakers. Bring swimming attire as needed. We recommended that you label all belongings and place them in a backpack.

*NOTE* Please do not send children with personal toys or sports equipment, video games, skateboards, cell phones, computers, tablets, trading cards/games, candy/chewing gum, money, etc.

EMERGENCY INFORMATION & ePACT PORTAL

Access the ePACT Portal App Click HERE  

ePACT, is a secure emergency network that we use to collect medical and emergency contact information electronically. Not only will ePACT replace paper forms, but it will also ensure we have a way to communicate with you in the event of an unexpected situation. Additionally, ePACT provides our programs with enhanced security measures through use of QR codes for authorized persons that are unique to each person and are automatically changed every 24 hours.

Why Are We Using ePact?

  • To save you time – With ePACT, you only need to complete your child’s information once, and can then use that same record for other programs or subsequent years.
  • Improved privacy and security – Eliminating paper forms ensures that your key information is safe and secure. ePACT maintains the same levels of security as online banking, and limits access only to the administrators we assign for enhanced privacy.
  • Better support – ePACT makes it easy for you to share comprehensive health and emergency contact details, so we can provide the best support to your child. Plus, you can update this anytime and we will automatically receive those new details.

How ePact Works

  1. After you register, you’ll receive an email invite within 48 hours to share information with Village of Lake in the Hills- After School & Camps.
  2. Click ‘Complete Request’ to create a free account, or log-in if you already have an existing ePACT account.
  3. Enter the required information, like medical conditions, and share it with us so that program staff have access.
