How to Rent

Those interested in reserving a Village facility are required to complete the Village of Lake in the Hills Facility Use Permit Application Form. The form must be submitted to the Village Hall with all fees or insurance documentation in order for approval to be considered.

Rentals requesting a Daily or Event liquor license can apply by completing the Village of Lake in the Hills Daily/Event Liquor License Application & Insurance Company Listing.

Facility Rentals Hourly Rates

LaBahn Hain House

149 Hilltop Drive (within Nockels Park)
The LaBahn Hain House is a 128-year-old lakeside home that was renovated by the Lake in the Hills Historical Society in 2000. The house features a great room for 50 people and serves as a perfect lakeside setting for a bridal shower or even a wedding. The facility operates year-round and has a wonderful gas fireplace in the main room to give ambiance during the winter months.

Amenities: Tables: 3-6' rectangular, 6-60" round, 50 chairs, bathroom, kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave & sink.

Renters receive 30 minutes of setup and 30 minutes of cleanup time at no charge.

Village Hall Multipurpose Room

600 Harvest Gate
The Multipurpose Room is our largest facility which holds 140 people and is located in the lower level of the Village Hall. It is tiled with a room divider and kitchen amenities that include a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, sink, 12-60" round tables, and 125 chairs. The room is perfect for a graduation party, family reunion, or wedding reception. The outdoor patio is perfect for youngsters who would rather play outside during a party. Alcohol is prohibited.

Renters receive 30 minutes of setup & 30 minutes of cleanup time at no charge.

Village Hall Community Room

600 Harvest Gate
The Community Room is located in the main level of the Village Hall and overlooks the grassy land to the south. The room can accommodate 46 seated people comfortably. A great room for a presentation or a small family function, this room has a pull down screen and various locations for outlets on the floor.

Amenities: 8-6' tables, 46 chairs, projection screen, and sink. Alcohol is prohibited.

Renters receive 30 minutes of setup & 30 minutes of cleanup time at no charge.
