A retail tobacco dealer's license is required in order to sell any tobacco or tobacco product within the Village. A separate tobacco license is required for each individual location where tobacco or tobacco products are sold. The fee is $250.00 for each license. The license expires annually on April 30.

An application must be submitted to the Nancy Sujet, Administrative Specialist II, 600 Harvest Gate, Lake in the Hills, IL 60156. The applicant must meet the standards set forth in Chapter 37 to be approved by the Tobacco Commissioner.
