The Village is dedicated to providing premier service to our community and to our team. In support of this commitment, Human Resources is responsible to the Village’s departments to provide strategic assistance and direction with various aspects of operations including recruitment, employee and labor relations, performance management, the development and support of internal policies, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
In addition, Human Resources manages the administration of employee benefits, position classification and compensation, the management training program, and personnel records. Human Resources also has hands-on involvement with risk management, employee wellness, internal communication pieces, and various special projects.
