The contractor hired to apply a pavement rejuvenator product to all roads that were resurfaced in 2021 will begin applying the product starting today, April 25. The full list of roads that will be treated is available here. The contractor will notify residents prior to beginning work on their street.

When sprayed onto the roadway, the product penetrates and seals the surface, increasing the time before cracks begin to develop. The product is applied in one pass, and it has a curing time of 20-45 minutes under a light application of sand or limestone screenings. The pavement rejuvenator does not leave a coating on the surface. The screenings are swept up one to two days after application.
