Facility Rentals

The Village of Lake in the Hills is able to offer a wide range of affordable facilities to host your event. The facilities are often used for weddings, company picnics, birthdays, bridal showers, family reunions, anniversary parties, picnics, and holiday parties. Click here to view the facility availability calendar. To reserve, simply review the facility use policy and submit your application and payment to the Parks and Recreation Department. Outdoor facility rentals are available starting the first business day of February. Indoor facility rentals are available year round. If you are looking to reserve a sports field please call. Facility Fee Schedule

All requests for facility reservations require a $150 refundable cleaning/ damage deposit. This deposit will be returned within 4-6 weeks following a satisfactory inspection of assigned facility.

(Groups over 50 people renting at Barbara Key Park are paying for the full usage of the park site which includes the parking lot, surrounding grounds, and two shelters).
