New Preschool Age Programs

After a community-wide survey, the Lake in the Hills Parks & Recreation Department has incorporated several, new preschool-age programs based on suggestions and request made by participants. In addition to expanding enrollment in their regular Playschool Academy preschool program, their accredited preschool staff has developed classes targeting the intellectual growth of preschoolers between 3 and 6 years old. These exciting, new classes stimulate learning through the use of crafts, stories, songs, group/individual projects, and social interaction. Whether parents are looking to introduce their child to preschool or enhance their child’s preschool experience, there is a program that will fit both schedule and budget. For more information about specific programs now available, please contact the Parks & Recreation Department at 847.960.7460 or check out the 2010 Fall Brochure.
